Where is my order?

This is a question we frequently get asked so we put together a shipping guide and you can track your order here.

What is my tracking number?

Tracking will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.

Order Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Terms

  • You must contact us within 24 hours.
  • We cannot cancel your order once it has already been shipped.

My Item Arrived Damaged

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out with:

  • Your order number.
  • A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Addresses

Please note that providing an accurate and correct shipping address is the responsibility of the customer. In the event that an incorrect address is provided, the customer must contact our support team immediately for assistance. We will make every effort to help resolve the situation, but we cannot guarantee the successful delivery of the product if an incorrect address has been provided. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address details will be the responsibility of the customer.
